I noticed Charm Factory when I first entered the giveaway world. They really stand out for offering such beautiful charm bracelets for an incredibly low price! I can’t tell you how much I wanted to win one of their finished Swarovski charm bracelets, so I was honestly thrilled when I had the opportunity to review one of them AND give the opportunity for someone else to win one, too.

Most of you don’t know this but from 9:00-19:00 I’m actually a full-time business woman. My job involves being in contact with people from many different areas, be it restaurant-related, airlines, software, events, hotels, etc. The list is endless and always increasing… What this comes down to is that organization is key – especially with business cards! Unique & whimsical art paintings
One of the wonderful things about hosting giveaways is meeting really amazing and talented people from all over the world. I am often astounded by the beauty that is created by artists in the world of Etsy and Stella is one of those artists who has blown me away with her talent.
Her art paintings are so beautiful and there’s a certain softness in the watercolors that I really like. Each of her paintings is so unique, colorful, detailed and well thought out. Truly, they are inspired and they bring me inspiration as well which is why they will be placed in a very special spot in my house.
For the review, Stella sent me a selection of ACEO cards and I have to say that they were AMAZING! They are so much more beautiful in person than on the computer screen. The online images do no justice to the bright, beautiful colors and detail of the images. I think it’s really difficult to appreciate her artwork to the extent that is deserved unless you have the actual prints in front of you. Also, it’s so well packaged that it made it all the way to me, in the other side of the world, in completely perfect state. She added a really thoughtful personal touch to everything she sent me, which added a little something special to every item. It’s an awesome thing for her to do.
Stella has a natural ability to express herself through her art, and I’m honored to have samples of it on display in my wall. :o)
And now, without further adieu, I’m very pleased to introduce you to Stella and her stunning Inspirations:
Tell us a little about yourself and Inspirations by Stella.
Several years ago I left the world of corporate finance. I got married and had children late in my life, and wanted to cherish these years. Later on, I have obtained a diploma in Illustration and Design from DawsonCollege inMontreal, Canada. As a young woman, art was always my passion. It is the diploma I cherish the most. Inspirations by Stella is a little business I started while my children were young. I taught mom and tots painting classes at the Jewish Public Library in Montreal for a while, and made gift baskets.
What inspires you when painting?
Being of Greek heritage, my art is inspired by the beautiful land, and archaeology of Greece.
Italian Renaissance art is also a passion of mine. I enjoy the art of contemporary artist Georgia O’Keefe, Diego Rivera and the impressionists, especially Van Gogh. Folk art interests me as well since they paint from the soul, Ie. artists like Maud Lewis, Grandma Moses.
Where are you from – originally and currently?
My parents came to Canada from Greece in 1948. Ten years later, I was born. As a child I spent most of my summers with cousins in Athens Greece, and Nicosia, Cyprus. I live in Montreal with my big fat Greek family!
What made you decide to make this giveaway internationally open?
The blogsphere is an exciting place, and somewhere in Twitter I discovered International Giveaways. Since I am a member of the Greek Etsy Team, I found it so wonderful to connect internationally, and make friends. I look forward to participating in an International Giveaway, it makes the world a smaller place ♥
